Horrible! Please do not buy

After only 2 months the bed frame from the wood started breaking and bending. I called customer service for a refund and I was asked if I had the original box. Who is going to have the original box after 2 months? Now I am unable to return the bed frame without putting it into some sort of box that it would fit in. The size of the bed frame is unrealistic to what any store is going to sell you for a box and if you do find something close it’s going to cost you a fortune just for the box. Now I am stuck with the bed frame and no refund until I find a box to put it in. Please do not buy this and save your money.
