Scratchy material on the shoulder straps.

My son owns another high sierra backpack I bought a couple years ago and it is lightweight and comfortable. I thought this Fairlead computer backpack was somewhat similar, but I was wrong. I am very disappointed with this backpack. The shoulder straps are painfully uncomfortable. They dig into your skin even with a t-shirt on. The material is scratchy and weird. This has to be the most uncomfortable backpack I have ever purchased. It is on the heavier side. I do not recommend this particular backpack from Sierra.

Poor customer service

Extremely disappointed in Macy’s. Called customer service three weeks straight trying to find the order. Finally they agreed to reimburse me. Nobody could tell me anymore than I could already get online which was the package was missing. After The order was canceled, I went on the manufacturers website and ordered the product for less money than I had paid for it initially. It was shipped out the day after my call with Macy’s.
