Good

I traveled with my luggage, during the summer to six countries all together. It’s beautiful but I wish the handle was more durable. It’s an easy fix and i’m still in love.

Low quality product & Heys bad customer service

The aluminum layer is very thin and peels off so easily in multiple places with just one use! I just purchased 2 luggages and thank goodness I only used one. The other one is being returned. Heys customer service is slow to respond and in the end they won’t do anything to fix the product. I travel a lot and this was the worst experience I had with a luggage product.
