Beautiful and well made.

Beautiful piece of luggage and very well made. Really liked the soft blue color. Unfortunately I returned this piece after a week of side by side reviewing against a second one I ordered of a different color. A very hard decision! I am keeping all the info on this piece in case the one I chose is a mistake. I spent a lot of time on the research.

HORRIBLE

Very disappointed I purchased this item online and was told it was in stock. Only to find out days later that they canceled my order because it was out of stock. Extremely inconvenient for me when I am flying out of the country and needed this in time. Not to mention I purchased a 21 inch of the same brand only to find out a week and a half later that that or order was also canceled. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I heard that Macy’s will inconvenience customers when they are purchasing items online. I am definitely upset and I will never purchase from Macy’s ever again.
