Proposition 65 warning and scratches very easily

I bought for my toddler, never got to tavel with it, but with a couple of times of him moving it inside the house the hard case got scuff marks very easily. A couple of days after I decided to remove the tag and noticed the proposition 65 warning (that some of the materials in this suitcase are known to cause cancer in the state of California) I know that there are many items nowadays that have this type of warning, but considering it is for my toddler, I decided to return it.
