Way too big and did a return. Which was fine. It happens. Then the return process has been a nightmare. I still have yet to receive my refund. They received the shoes back 8 days ago today, 6 working business days. Was told the whole process for the return could take up to 21 days.

WIDE!

These don’t indicate they are a wide shoe in the description but the tag inside indicates “W” next to the size. I wore them with really thick socks to see if it helped and decided to keep them as a winter boot. Very comfortable but needs super thick socks to fill in the space.

Definitely would buy again

Very comfortable and not as clunky as other boots. Still light weight. Love them! My daughter in law bought a pair after she saw mine at Christmas.

Disappointing

these boots are enormous. and hey dude's customer support stinks. I've been waiting more than six weeks for a refund and there doesn't seem to be any help for it.

Comfortable and Stylish

Boots are very comfortable and easy to get on and off. However, I do think they run a little bit. I normally wear an 8 and ordered an 8, but they are a bit big. Not sure if I could've ordered down a size but didn't want to take the chance of them being too small. Guess I'll just wear heavier socks for not. I'm not sure if they would stretch out as I'm not familiar with this leather boot. But they do look good.

Not comfortable

These boots are really cute, however they are just not comfortable. I've worn them about 3 times and every time they hurt my feet...to the point I've gotten a blister. I order the same size boot as I wear in Hey Dude shoes, but I think I should have sized up for the boots. It's too late to return them now because I've worn them, so I'm stuck with them. I still like my Hey Dude shoes but won't ever buy the boots again.
