We have hey dudes for

We have hey dudes for our whole family. Every pair of hey dudes fit differently. They either run too big or too small. it is hard to find the right size. I am wearing a pair that is too big for now because one fits ok the other shoe is too big.

Worst customer service

These were my sons first pair of hey dudes. I ordered his tennis shoe size and they were way way too big. Flopping off of his feet. I then chated and emailed with "customer service" (I use that term very loosely) trying to do an exchange for the next size down. Well it wasn't available in that style and let me tell you it boggled their minds trying to do an exchange for a different style. They said they would have the escalation team email me. And all that team did was email me a link for a return which I had already received from them during 5 previous chats. I actually just gave up and did a return. It was brutal and ridiculous. Shame though, because the shoes are nice.
