Sheet pan

Tri-ply beats aluminum, hands down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are beautiful, heat evenly, and wash like a dream (including dishwasher safe, something definitely not the case with aluminum cookware). And, the handles are really nice when it comes time to remove from the oven—much easier to grip with hot pads than trying to find a way to hold your pan without getting a thumb into your food.
