Amazing Roasting Pan

Easy to clean

An art piece when not used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I treated my self to the 16. 5 roasting pan finding it during a Christmas sale. It arrives in the sleekest box and upon opening it, once I saw the roasting pans construction I could tell how much value the item has. I cooked 2 chickens at once, both 5-6lbs and they fit very well. One was off the side of the rack just a tad but didn’t affect the cooking. What I loved is how no skin stuck to the rack. The handles on this roasting pan are amazing. They do come up higher than my old rack, which only made me reorganized my pans in the cupboard. I am so glad I upgraded to this roasting pan. It truly is exquisite, both as a piece on its own or used for cooking.
