I love this copper pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this copper pot it heat up really fast and after it boiling I turned it low to the end and it still stayed boiling. And it’s really great to store cold food in the fridge too, it’ll turn really cold to keep the food last longer. And it’s super easy to clean too, it looks so shiny and nice like a diamond in the sky.

Induction Fan

I bought an induction stove since I was looking for quick heating and great temperature control. Unfortunately, I could not use some of my copper pots since they aren't magnetic on the bottom. Sad face! I was so happy to see this new copperbond line. This soup pot is perfect for creating all of my delicate French sauces. C'est magnifique!

Beautiful design meets functionality

As a seasoned cook, I value utility over aesthetics. There isn't a pot or pan in my kitchen that doesn't get used. With the Hestan Copper Bond, I not only got a vessel that works extremely well but it is also a really beautiful piece of cookware. I took the Copper Bond for a test drive by making chicken thighs braised with leeks, pancetta, kale, and white beans. The results were amazing. The beans cooked evenly and the skin on the thighs crisped up nicely. Usually I use my ceramic coated cast iron dutch oven for these types of dishes which I cook often, but it is such a large vessel that I have to give away leftovers to neighbors. Also, the responsiveness of the dutch oven pales in comparison to the Copper Bond. The 3.5 quart sauteuse is the perfect size vessel for my fiance and myself. This vessel isn't going to see much cupboard time and I can't wait to get cooking.
