Will stick to pan!

This is not non stick! I use mine to fry egg and it will stick to pan and hard to wash off!

We strive to deliver high quality products, and it’s disappointing to hear that this one did not meet your expectations. We would like to note that this is not a common issue. However, your experience is important to us. We would like to recommend for the best performance of our Ceramic Pans conducts heat well at lower temperatures, use a low to medium heat setting. Cooking on low to medium heat preserves the non-stick coating and the nutrients in your food. High heat can damage the Ceramic cookware and is often unnecessary. In addition, matching the burner size to that of the base of the Pan and when adjusting the burner flame, please be sure to not let the flame extend along the walls of your Pan, this will help your non-stick Pan to last for a long time. To clean our Ceramic Pans, use a soft dishcloth or non-abrasive sponge with warm water and dish detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh scrubbing surfaces to protect the non-stick coating. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Support Center. Unhappy customer

The lid was shattered and I can’t get any response from Macy’s. Also, it doesn’t seem to be very nonstick after only using for a week.

Glass lid arrived smashed

Have this pan already and love it, and wanted another one with a lid. Unfortunately due to extremely poor packing (absolutely no bubble wrap at all), lid arrived smashed into a million pieces, and I was left with the task of returning a box full of glass. Very disappointing experience and will never buy breakables through Macy's again.

Great quality

Can't beat this quality for price ratio. They are very well made and the lids fit really well. I use these for stir fry and egg dishes.
