Totally disappointed in this frypan!

I purchased this hoping it was going to become my favorite brand. I have a flat top electric stove, and the pan has warped and is no longer flat, thus not able to cook evenly. For this price, it should have lasted longer. I got it in November and it happened right away, but because of the holidays and some medical issues, I no longer can return it. I will NEVER buy this brand again.
