Necklace nice. Third party vendor not so great.

The necklace is very cute and quality is good. I think I will avoid purchasing items from third party vendors from Macys website. I ordered two necklaces but only received one. The third party vendor did not acknowledge this mistake despite Macys sending them two emails. Macys has agreed to refund me for the missing necklace but it shouldn’t be so hard to resolve a vendor mistake or to have the vendo acknowledge their mistake.
