Dont buy from this vendor

Please save yourself the hassle of buying this. I bought this bracelet on Nov 30, 2024. It never arrived, due to my busy work schedule I took time to go to macys customer service. Nonetheless they called the merchant because the seller is a third party vendor. Save yourself the headache and money. I have yet to wait for my refund. The guy on the phone basically confirmes the order and said the email confirmation would be emailed in 5 days. I have not received the refund nor has it reflected in my bank account. Whats funny is that it says delivered on my app but when i track the order with usps, it just says label created since December 2,2024. Please dont order from this vendor ever. I will not be spending my hard earned money and not receive anything. 0 stars!!!!

Cute but didn’t fit

The bracelet is very cute but the description said it’s 7” and adjustable to 7.5” but it isn’t. My wrist circumference is 7” and I couldn’t even close it to stay on. I’m returning it.

Terrible service

Didn’t receive the product, they sent me something I didn’t order. No resolution since I put in the claim.
