unworthy

This luggage is not worthy of a star. I bought two luggages. Product is not worth it. It was used for a single trip and luggage started peeling. From being black in color, it's gray. The zipper is broken. Tried contacting the seller, to no avail. There is no support there. Never hadnthe courtesy to return my emails. I hence tried contacting Macy's. I was informed they couldn't do anything for me as I missed the return window by a few days. Definitely not worth the purchase! I am stuck without the luggage or the money. Total disappointment! I wouldn't recommend this product.

Hello kitty lover

If you are a hello kitty girl, you need to get this. I feel so cute at the airport and the pink is pretty. I travel frequently so I got the medium size, and a good size. I got the suit case when it was on sale for a good deal.

Disappointed

It is pretty, and big in the inside but there are so many scuff marks. I got this suitcase when it was on sale, it took about a week and few days to come. I’m very disappointed because the scuff marks don’t make it look nice and new like how it should be.
