I'll Keep Buying
Very good quality saw palmetto. Definitely seems to improve prostate function/flow, although I'm assuming this "regular" version of Havasu Saw Palmetto will continue to be as effective as the "3X Saw Palmetto" that I had been using, which included stinging nettle and pumpkin seed that used to be offered by Havasu. When I placed an order recently, the "3X" version was no longer listed on the website. I would also suggest that these surveys not be sent out so quickly after products are ordered. People need time to tell if a product actually works.

Minor changes in short time
I bought this about a month ago. Haven't seen major changes, but there have been some small changes in nighttime urges. Will continue taking, may need additional time to 'take effect'.

Miracle relief!
A year ago I stopped using prescription meds for prostatitis that were negatively impacting me and started using Havasu Saw Palmetto. What a miracle supplement! I rarely have to get up in the night to urinate!
