Hansley recliner

This recliner was exactly what my husband was looking for. Unfortunately Macy’s service in trying to get it delivered to us was horrendous. After waiting around for a month on an item that was in stock found out they had lost our chair and didn’t know were it was. After another month we finally got our refund. Called the store numerous times to try and get info and they always said they were looking into it but no one ever got back to us so we just had to keep calling and getting very little satisfaction. Very frustrating and disappointing especially since we had rearranged our family room to make room for the recliner. Sorry to say I will not be buying anything else from Macy’s ]
