Horrible Experience

I still haven’t received the order, and the customer service options have been terrible. I will not use your platform again. I assume these shirts are just lost and ordered more from elsewhere

Developed holes in seams quickly

I gave these to my husband for Christmas, and after wearing/washing them a couple times each, they have consistently developed holes in the armpits. He has similar shirts that he has used for years that it didn’t happen to, so it seems as though he got a bad batch. When I called Macy’s, they said I was outside of the return window (how would you know this would happen within a week of Christmas, as I bought them before Christmas, so the 30 days started then), and they would not do anything about it.
