worthless

I bought it I thought it was cute but this item turn rusted and it broke a month of wearing it now i wanted to go and fix and and when i open the box is rusted how is it that is 10k gold if is rusted and i juste read that I can’t return it after 60 days i cant even talk to them to let them know that this item is not up to standers i have bought several bracelets and given as a gift how embarrassing this item is trash
