Arrived 14 Pieces with 1 Missing Steak Knife

Disappointed and lesson learned not to purchase sets online. I was excited for the new knives that arrived. Unpacked, inspected, washed, and when putting the knives in the block, found that it was missing one of the steak knives. My fault for trusting that there would actually be all 15 pieces included and not counting as I unboxed. I reached out to customer service and was told that I would need to send everything back and they would send a new set, it was not possible to send just one knife. Anyone who has ever unpacked a knife set can appreciate the unwrapping time. Kicking myself now that I didn't pick up the set I saw at Costco last week.
