Great Variable Temp Glass Kettle

I accidentally broke my first one of these and had to order another one immediately. This is the best electric kettle that I have had to make my tea! I find nothing to dislike about and everything to love. Glass is my preferred material for a kettle so fumble fingers here is being more careful with this one.

Defective design

If the kettle doesn't break in some way, it is an actually great kettle. But I have had nothing but problems after problems. The open button being stuck and/or just coming off all together. The buttons will just randomly to permanently stop working. Support has not been helpful at all or even have they addressed the design issues stated above. Just we can give you a discount code for a new one. I have had up to almost 4 of these and the same problems keep coming up.
