The worse coffee machine

The size of the coffee machine is great. The amount of coffee you’re able to add to the filter doesn’t allow for a good coffee taste. I don’t like strong coffee but this machine makes my coffee taste so watered down. I’m planning to return the coffee maker.

Lack of description

I like the size and design of the coffee maker. My order came with missing 7" travel mug. In the product description there's no information that 7" travel mug is not included. Thinking about returning 😔

It's all we need.

We have to replace a Flex-brew that stopped working after 4 years (despite a 5-yr warranty). Too bad the brew switch cannot be used to stop brewing. We can't unplug the coffee maker because the plug is hidden beneath the countertop.

What a great little machine. I don't need 10 or 12 cups at a time. A single cup is perfect. Fresh every morning. No K cups to deal with. I like it !
