No lid replacement

I absolutely LOVE the size of this crock pot. I use it at least 3 times a week since i have teenage boys. However, I tripped and the lid fell off and it shattered. I am unable to find a replacement lid, so now it's useless. It's too late to return it to the store. What a waste! I don't want to buy another one for those reasons.

I purchased this slow cooker for my wife as a Christmas present. We wanted to do more cooking together as a couple. Since we've had this great addition to our kitchen, we've created and enjoyed a number of delicious and nourishing recipes!

Bad choice

DO NOT BUY!! There is no light that indicates the crock pot is on. Figured that out after burning my hand. I tried to return without the box but had the receipt and three different levels on personnel told me no. Then reached out to Hamilton Beach and they did not care either. Very disappointed with both companies poor customer service

I was looking for a slow cooker with great reviews, affordable price point and the ability to be taken to get togethers.This HB hit every mark.It works as expected,is very easy to clean and transport.

Replacement

I have had this same product for 14 years and been pleased with it’s usefulness and performance, but recently broke the ceramic crock. The new one does not have a light to show it is on, and part of the mechanism that opens the metal lid clips has been down graded to plastic. I hope cooking efficiency and performance remains the same.
