Broken Frame

Bought this last year. Just opened the box for Easter breakfast. It's been sitting in the pantry waiting to be opened. When I opened the box, the plastic frame was broken. The unit still works but the frame is very flimsy and not made for lasting. The grill cooks fine but not a well made unit.

Hot cold, hot cold doesn’t stay hot

Does not stay on/hot even though the power sourch stays plugged in and on.

Please someone make one of these without nonstick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like using an electric griddle and do so nearly daily. My problem is the non-stick surfaces never last and are also subject to staining/burning around the path of the heating element. This one is a nice size and keeps temperature well. How much more could it cost to add a stainless steel surface that can be kept clean.
