Nice but didn’t work

Nice toaster but it didn’t work. Toast only popped up part way. Delivered in its box- no protection- thrown on my porch.

caught on fired

its not even a year old! it took a second to turned around and see flames! was so scary and just glad it happened to me and not my 11yr old!
