Box the iron was in appears like it was repackaged. When my husband used it for the first time, it was leaking

good quality iron

Heavy, very nice. I do wish it came with a better instruction booklet - some of the buttons etc. I had to figure out myself. Also, needs to be unplugged to turn off. Or at least I haven't found a switch or button to turn it off.

Extremely disappointed

This iron is Worthless. It doesn't get hot at all. I just started to use Two weeks ago, and I will have to buy another one. Only because I can't return it. It was a waste of my money and time. I hope someone can rectify this situation.

Shot of steam

This has a powerful shot of steam. I like that because I love linen fabrics. It’s taller than my old iron so it didn’t fit in my wall mounted ironing board. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

2nd iron purchased like this one

I have bought and used a lot of irons through the years and I iron every day. This has been the best by far. I had to purchase another one because my current iron had an accident and fell and the bottom broke. The iron worked but could not stand it up. I plan to purchase another for my daughter.

Presses wrinkles like butter

Iron is very good. Melts wrinkles like butter. Iron is very heavy if you have issues with your hands. Only complaint is steam button and water button should be reverted. It’s more natural for thumb to push steam button which I use more. Otherwise I am happy with this iron

So far so good, but with some design issues.

Don't appreciate that the water tank is dark gray rather than clear, so it's very difficult to see the amount of water inside. Button indicating various heat degrees feels a bit flimsy - hope it lasts! Otherwise it has been working fine in the month or so that I've used it.
