Hamilton Beach hand mixer, another quality product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach hand mixer works great, again I am impressed with how well they work, and the quality of the products overall. The motor works well and is powered appropriately. Sleek design, good control dials. I used it to mix cake batter, cookie dough, and mashed potatoes, worked great for everything.

Hamilton Beach Pro is an excellent mixer.

Plenty of power when mixing waffle batter to mixing much stiffer cookie dough. The attachments are easy to use and clean. It comes with a storage base, it can be difficult to attach to the mixer. Otherwise an excellent product. I highly recommend it.

Attractive and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The red hand mixer is very sharp looking. It is very convenient and has a small footprint with all the attachments. When you have small jobs it certainly beats getting out a stand mixer. I like the speed control function. The mixer attachment works well with what I have tried it for, so far. I have not used the dough hooks. Not sure if they would be adequate for sourdough bread mixing. The storage case is good. So far I have found it to be a very useful tool in the kitchen

Fantastic mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Professional 5-Speed Electric Hand Mixer is stunning. I love the cherry red color, it really pops. This hand mixer is so much easier to pull out for smaller jobs than to lug out my heavy stand mixer. The feature I love best about this mixer is the slow start. This makes so much sense when you are mixing in the dry ingredients so that it doesn't fly all over the place when you first turn it on. Another feature I really like is the swivel cord. It makes things less tangled and I don't have to hold the wire away from where I am mixing. Finally, the storage case is great. I can keep all the parts together and have them ready as soon as I need them without having to hunt the beaters down. The 5 speeds give lots of variety for many applications. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great Mixer

The mixer is very sleek and modern looking. We used the mixer to make wraps and bread. It is also very easy to use and clean. I highly recommend this to anyone who bakes or cooks sauces at least monthly.

Quiet, lightweight mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is much quieter than i expected. I was actually able to hold a conversation with someone while the mixer was on! I also like the grip design as it is a little thinner in the middle and lightweight as well which made it very easy to use one-handed without my hand cramping up. I used the mixer with the beater attachments for cake mix and it combined the ingredients, including breaking up butter, rather quickly. It did take me a second to figure out the ejector lever but once i figured it out it released the beaters easily. I also like the bottom to store the attachments as there is enough room for all of them to easily fit inside allowing for compact storage.
