Factory Defect not noticed

Only one of the beaters will go in. The other one hits the bottom of the bowl making a terrible noise. I bought this in December but didn't use it until yesterday. Today I find out the deadline to return it was 4 days ago. So I guess I'm stuck with a useless mixer.

Easy mixing; Not to -Heavy Combine ingredients

Great for Easy mixing. Crap for Cookie mixing; Sadly I Expected Better durability for Hamilton Beach Brand; Invest in a Commercial Tabletop mixer!

Keeping my fingers crossed…

I've read many of the negative reviews and I haven't had those experiences. But I'm not a cook and all I've used the mixer for is whipping cream on the higher settings. Which is another reason I bought the Hamilton Beach…I don't deserve a KitchenAid. Lol. I'm happy with it so far (2 months) and I got it at a good sale price.

Don't buy this, utterly disappointed..

Attachments too short to reach the bottom of the bowl, cannot mix anything properly, utterly disappointed, I bought this on Thanksgiving in addition to my 2 kitchen aid mixers, wanted to make things a bit more faster,by wanting things to mix hands free, as I am a professional baker, but was utterly disappointed with the product....
