For most of my adult life I’ve used Hamilton Beach coffee makers. Two months ago my coffee maker died after 7 years. I replaced it with the FlexBrew 5-in-1. Single serve in front and pot on side. I was very excited because it was so narrow. Within two weeks the needle needed to be cleaned every few days and 1 1/2 months in the single serve does not work. The water does not go thru the pod so all you get it hot water. While I was very disappointed I still bought a new one today. It is the FlexBrew Trio. I hope this one lasts longer.

Replacement
Same model, 3 years old, out of warranty. Single-shot failed.

Coffee Pot
Cleaned it very well and used it. So far the product is working very good. For future I recommend a single water reservoir holding more water or at minimum a larger reservoir for the k-cup.

Half works
I bought my flex brew about two months ago and the Keurig side is already malfunctioning. It keeps telling me to add water even though there’s water in it I’ve tried all YouTube videos to fix it, but I can’t seem to get the Keurig side to work only after two months. My craft side works perfectly fine though.
