Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio Coffee Maker

I love, love, love my Coffee Maker! I had an older model of this Hamilton Beach version, and I loved it, but one Friday morning it was working and that Saturday morning it was not. So, I ordered this one from Macy's where I got the older model from, which I see that Macy's still have...it was delivered fast too! The only thing is I never received the Bonus Offer with the Purchase. This is the second time I've purchased something from Macy's and didn't receive the Bonus Offer with the Purchase. What's going on Macy's???

Disappointed

It was great at first but the single cup has had problems twice and I have had this machine 7months. Cleaned the needle and everything that was required and it's back to not working. Very disappointing.

Not too sure on this one.

Im sorry Hamilton cause I do like your products for fair prices and quality, but this one looks a little cheap =/ i have not used it yet, but it came with the missing brown gadget to use for individual ground coffee, that's a bummer. so im debating to keep or return. I might be able to call Hamilton to request the part, or it will return...either one will be a hassle...=/
