Horrible, Disappointed, won’t even cut bread!

I always used a Hamilton Beach electric knife for 15 years and they used to be very good. Now it is garbage! Didn’t even put a dent in the crust of home made bread. Returning

Good bang for your buck!

Worked great on my 27lb turkey on Thanksgiving. No problem cutting through joints and great for cross cutting the breast.

Broken case

The case arrived broken. I won't have enough time to exchange it or return it before Thanksgiving so I will be stuck with it.

Shipping Label On Item

I ordered this as a gift and they literally slapped a shipping label on the box the item came in. Now how am I supposed to give this to someone with a shipping label on it? Very disappointed! Do better Macys!!!!
