NEVER BUY FROM MACYS

Mixer didn’t have the correct beaters. They gave me two of the same and couldn’t use the mixer. Huge inconvenience to return.

Attachments are junk

What good is a powerful mixer if the attachments are small and thin? But I never even bothered trying the mixer after seeing the attachments. I bought 2 Hamilton Beach mixers, and both had these ridiculous attachments. They're almost like Easy Bake Oven quality attachments, smaller, thinner, even the dough hooks were paltry. I was trying to imagine mixing cookie dough in a big bowl and those small attachments trying to mix it. I returned both the same day I got them. I'm writing this same review for the other mixer.
