Great mixer!

It has several different settings and attachments. The "splash guard" is probably one of my favorite features!! It makes my baking hobby so much easier!

there is no “slow”

Even on 1, this goes very fast, and the bowl circles around so violently that the whole machine can fall off the counter if you’re not careful.

No item , no refund!!

I have never received the item!! I called customer service in order to put the claim and they told me the delivery it was done and I never received the proof of the purchase. ( photo) So I didn’t received the refund, the item , nothing !

I have not used the mixer yet. Mixer was easy to assemble, not much vibration overall because of the suction cups on the bottom of the stand. The mixing stages/numbers work very well, slow (1) is nice and slow and (6) is good and fast. I can't wait to use it for making bread with the dough hooks.
