Coffee pot broken since I received it

Zero stars if Ibcould. I GOT A RETURNED & USED BROKEN COFFEE POT instead of a new item. I called them. Never got a replacement, nor refund and nor a returned sticker so I threw it away. Why would I keep broken coffee pot glass. Wasted $30. I feel returning things is a horror. Especially when the closest Macy is hours away
