❤️lo profile

I love the low profile! it is a perfect fit for my kitchen. my one and only complaint is the carafe drips when pouring. having to wipe the floor after each pouring is a bit of a drag.

Nice pot but damaged merch & service

The coffee maker arrived on time but damaged. I returned it to my local Macy's store. I'm older and don't shop in store as much as I used to. I was very disappointed in the in-store service. It has hard to find anyone and when I did, no one seemed to know if they could reorder it for me. I worked for Parisian/Saks for many years and boy have department stores changed! Couldn't review the coffee pot.

So far so good. This coffee maker brews 12 cups with auto shut off after 2 hours. Only had it less than a week. Coffee is hot - which is good!

Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a year ago and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, due to the hard water in my area it ruined my machine. Even though I used filtered and bottled water, it didn't matter. Overall, it's a great coffee maker.
