Multi is not the pink shade shown but WHITE

the color they send if you order "multi" is WHITE. It's really irritating when photos do not match the product, because there are no other color options for this product, so how they show a shade of pink but send a white shirt of the same style is baffling. It was also shipped in a wrinkled ball, in plastic, then wrapped with packing tape, and a S sticker on top. The other items of my order were not shipped in a ball, they were nicely folded, so not sure why this one was packed without the same consideration but does not seem to have a quality assurance process.
