Didn’t receive package

I never received it. I have moved and I changed my address but for some reason you sent the package to an unknown address in Howell. I tried to change the address again but the customer service rep said it has already been sent so they couldn’t. It then got sent to an unknown address in Maryland. Both people did not accept the package. So it’s on it’s on its way to sender which is Macy’s. I asked if macys receives it can they just send it to me with the correct address. I was told No. I have ordered many items from Macy’s and never had an issue. Now my grandchildren won’t have the Snoopy countdown .Very disappointed with this order. Order number 4536065518 hope I get my refund.
