Best gift that I ever had.

I bought this a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. Right from the start I saw new hair coming in. And it stood straight up. It kept growing and growing with new hair coming in all the time. I now will go out in public without a sun visor I wrote a long review but it disappeared. But want to say that new hair growth started almost immediately. And it grew straight up! And now I have soft flowing grey hair that I just love. I don't know how long it will grow or if it will stop and maybe even all fall out. But it sure made a lot of difference to me and wanting to leave the house. I have lots of wigs, but hated to wear them. My own hair is much, much better no matter how it is styled. If you want it go for it. Easy to use. If I have any adverse effects I will add to this. For right now, it is a gift from heaven.

Great Fit!

I have used the laser comb for several years with great results. It still works great, and easy to carry with me while away, but I decided to up my game and use the laser cap. It fits comfortably and I love the convenience.

Major design flaws

Studies look promising, although it is too soon for me to see results. One issue, old design helmet had a clip on pouch which was convenient while you are walking around. This one does not. What am I supposed to do, carry the battery pack in my hand. Major downgrade compared to the old model. Other concern is the laser lights are behind a film of plastic so not sure how much of laser energy actually reaches the scalp. In the old model, the lasers were open. I gave my old model to my daughter. This one is a major design failure from all angles

Hello Evelina, Thank you for your comments. We have improved our design to include a smaller controller which is easier to place in a shirt or pants pocket for better discretion. We have also upgraded our laser caps to have a protective window so that the laser diodes do not accumulate any oil build-up from the scalp, preventing inefficiency in the treatment. With this protective covering, users will simply wipe the window after use to ensure maximum laser energy penetration into a clean scalp. Our devices are FDA cleared which certifies this product is being built to the highest quality standards possible and we constantly innovate in order to provide quality of life improvements and treatment efficiency. We are sorry you do not like the design changes but hope you continue to use our devices which still boast a 90+% success rate.

More confidence

Even though it is too early to see results, I am feeling more confident already. The cap is a little big but I wear the baseball cap to keep it secure. It is fast and easy to use. I’ve had no issues and the instructions are very clear. The support staff are phenomenal which is almost unheard of with most companies. They really want you to succeed.

Not complicated, very easy and simple instruction!
