Seems do not line up and zipper is puckered

I wanted these but the quality was terrible. they are sewn in a way that makes the zipper pucker and the seams did not line up. The hook at the top of zipper could not hook because one side of zipper is higher 😢 The online pics look so elegant but the quality was the worst I’ve ever seen from Macys. Its terribly disappointing
