Zipper issues

Can someone let me know if the zipper is supposed to unzip? I just received mine but I am not able to try it on. Unless it’s defective?

Wow! This is the perfect fit!

-and this critic says this is the perfect fit! I am 5’4 and these are right at the feet. The pair I received would not work for anyone that is taller than 5’5. The material is slightly stretchy and smooths out your figure. Keep in mind that because of this, if you are like me and have some unexplained figure challenges, it’s going to show up in this outfit. If you are confident, you’re good. If you aren’t -quiet the noise of others and know you are beautiful, period. I like that it compacts the lady bits in a comfy way. I like for the comfort as I typically wear jumpers/rompers. The model is the perfect example.
