Worse boots ever

Will not buy again, I got them because Guess is supposed to be a good brand. Got them for Xmas for my grandaughter. A month later the cracked in the middle and was not able to use them due to that. I reached out to guess and they refused to do anything even though I did send them the pics. Paid for a pair of boot that only lasted a month. So dissapointed with the service Guess gave me even with the proof and pics I sent them.

I bought the brown ones, it is very stylish, I got a lot of compliment on it from even men. I wore it pretty much in the snow to everywhere. It is very sturdy. I am a person that cares everything I like. Every day when I get home, I would wipe off the salt from the shoes that you walk in from the road. If you don’t then it will start to strip, the salt will wreck it.

I really like these boots but they are are half a size too big I’m usually 9 1/2 but I need a 9 for these boots. I would love to exchange them but apparently I cannot because it’s a Last Act item. So pretty disappointed.

I got these boots in January and after a month of usage the seam line that keeps everything together on both boots completely came undone. Then on the right boot the sole completely caved in and it affects the way I walk. Now on the inside of the backs on both shoes is ripped up so badly that it's causing blisters.

Well.. Just don't get the brown ones

The soles are way thicker than I expected. They are too comfortable, but might be good for hiking. I did not realize they were a tacky looking, shimmery, puffy-stuffed brown, like what a 7 year old would wear. Very disappointed with that. I bought the brown ones to go with my brown, calf-length, faux leather Guess jacket.
