Product delay

I have ordered this product since Feb 8 and was suppose to receive this before valentine which was suppose to be a gift for my wife, today is Feb 17 and am still yet to receive this product, I have called and complain still nothing. Instead they giving me a very funny discount that won’t even cover for the heartbreak my wife received for not gifting her on Valentine’s Day.this is really sad and I have no words for this disappointment have received over this order

The bottom looks like it is sinking , it’s not as big as the pic shows. It’s not too small and it’s not big it’s more like a medium. It’s an okay purse for the winter . I’m not disappointed but I’m not as thrilled
