Weird fabric blend

This could have been a beautiful coat however the material is a weird felt like material. Doesn't look or feel like any wool was put in the jacket. Looks cheap even though the price is not cheap. Unfortunately I can't return the jacket as it can't be returned to Macy's only mailed back to the manufacturer. I have another coat by guess that is a nice wool but it is short I thought this one would be that same material.
