Can't lift my arms.

Although the sewing was good, I called it defective due to bad pattern making. The sleeves were poorly cut so that when you lifted your arms, the entire jacket went with them. I have worked as a patternmaker, so to confirm the issue, I laid out the jacket and checked the shape of the sleeves. It's a pity because, it would have been such a small thing to correct before the production was cut. As it is, I am returning it.
