Order cancelled automatically and no reason given

Order cancelled because they were ‘unable to verify my information’ despite the information being factually correct. The consumer protection department told me they couldn’t tell me why and suggested I try again or shop in store. Now my money is stuck in limbo for 7 days, if I try again it’s likely to be stuck again. If I go to the store, the do not stock the products I want and tell me to shop online. Clearly Macy’s doesn’t want my business because this is absolutely ridiculous!

Does the job and looks nice!

Great jacket, warm and nice lining! Nice length and button. Does not feel puffy and has a nice slim fit. The buttons can feel a bit weird since they are in between layers in the front of the jacket but allows it to be under the waterproof layer.
