Disappointed

This luggage is very beautiful. My problem is the material is too soft. I just purchased 3 pieces of this in black, and I traveled once, and let's just say by the time I reached my destination, part of one the zippers broke off in the TSA lock and both checked in luggages were badly scratched. I'm scared that I'm going to have to throw them away after the next travel. They really didn't hold up well after traveling once. Also, some of the threads are being exposed, like they're pulling out. I'm very disappointed because I expected quality from Guess.
