never bought again

The first time I buy online and it was the worst experience. This is my situation. I bought my wife these glasses for our anniversary, which I never received and I have to pay for them because it's supposedly my fault that they got lost or I don't know what happened. I already made a claim and they didn't solve anything. They just told me that I have to pay for them even though I haven't received them because they have to take care of their business and the client they lose. This will be the last purchase I made with Macy's and be careful when you buy online. I don't know what happened to the package or if it got lost but they had to respond.
