DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE
Within 6 weeks of its arrival, the tabletop surface treatment has started flaking. If anyone has had dealings with Macy's customer service, you don't need to be told that you have very little chance of genuine help.

Peeling Paint
I purchased the 5pc with Rectangular table in 2024. It's even a year since the purchase and the gray paint is coming off. Beautiful set, but the paint comes off.

Fading Paint
I purchased a 5 piece Greystone Dining room set from Macys. The furniture is less than a year and the paint chipped on the table edges as well as the edges of the chairs. I love the set but how do i fix the problem?

Nice Set But Many Issues
I really love the set but had issues with the chairs which several were wobbly, parts not stained, screw caps missing. I also didn't feel the "white glove service" was not what I excepted: shoes still on, didn't inspect furniture. Also the color of the set is not "ash brown" as stated in the description. The color is more a greenish brown. I also ordered the credenza which was suppose to be here two weeks ago and still has not arrived - I'd like to know where it is?

Table scratches very easily. I’ve had this for about 2-3 years now. It’s so tattered and worn. I hate this table. I’m looking for a new one now.

Chairs are unstable and wobble. Macys has given me an appointment to have the chairs inspected in 10 days just to determine the issue. And then a decision will be made as to how to correct the problem. I was expecting a high quality product and good customer service. In addition, the delivery men didn't inspect the furniture and didn't even wear shoe covers as stated in the white glove delivery method that I paid for. When I called Macys, the customer service representative stated that if I return the set, I would only get a refund of 85% of what I paid for. I will not purchase any more furniture from Macys and I hope those of you who read this comment won't purchase either.

As advertised—We’re pleased
We have only had the table s short time but are pleased with the purchase so far. It’s wasn’t difficult to put together and all the pieces fit fine. It looks as advertised and fit’s nicely into our dining room.
