Perfect addition to growing collection

Love my new wok. It’s exactly what I wanted and I’m able to use it for so much more than just stir fry. Having a lid is a bonus. It’s tight fitting so I’m able to really control the moisture in my dishes better. The high sides allow me more room to move around my ingredients and has allowed me to just keep a better eye on what I am doing. The slick surface is amazing and cuts down on so much extra fats. I’m not a “great” cook, but having a good pan sure makes things so much easier. I am 100% pleased. Thanks GreenPan!

Valencia Pro Stainless Steel 12" Wok is very good.

The Valencia Pro Stainless Steel 12" Wok is very good. The wok and lid are very well made. The exterior stainless steel layer is durable, and past experience the thermolon ceramic nonstick interior has shown it to be durable and very slippery. The wok has good dimensions and proper heft without being heavy. I am very satisfied.
