Green “snowflake” pan

I have never purchased pots and pans that need so much care and are so fragile. You can’t use spray. It has to have the softest cloth for cleaning. No dishwasher use. Must be on low temp when cooking. Only rubber utensils. On and on. I mean, come on! What a snowflake set of pots and pans. No wonder they are so pretty. They are made to look at!

Do not buy from Greenpan

We ordered the Essence collection in April this year. We were excited to receive the pans and pots because the color was beautiful, and most importantly, they worked well. We always hand-washed them after each use. However, the first time we tried putting the cookware in the dishwasher—because of the "dishwasher safe" advertisement—it completely ruined everything. The silver rim peeled off, and the cookware looked terrible. We reached out to GreenPan’s customer service team to ask for a replacement, but they refused. They just kept insisting it was still safe to use. This is false advertising! If they had included a warning about the possible consequences of dishwashing, I would have been fine with that—but they didn’t include any warning at all. Please don’t buy from GreenPan. There are many other brands that actually care about their customers!

Love my Green Pan cookware set!
