Material quality is poor… not better finishing

Poor materials quality built…👎 unfortunately, the material quality fell far short of my standards. Despite the promising features and attractive price point, the poor craftsmanship and subpar materials make it a regrettable buy.

2 year long term report: great system!

We bought this travel system for our first son, who just turned 2. Most reviews are from people who just bought it, some haven't even truly tried it yet, so here is what I can say about 2 years of DAILY use. The car seat is lightweight and easy to use. Only complaint is that the handle bar needs to be put in each individual position to get all the way back or front. Not a big deal. Never had an accident, but always felt safe with it. The stroller is a true work horse. While this isn't the cheapest one on the market, we didn't want to spend too much money at first and go from there. Since then, we have logged about 2,500 (yes, 2.5k!) miles with the stroller on daily walks and errands. It moves easily, the car seat and stroller seat are easy to click in and remove, turn around, switch out, whatever you need. The stroller seat folds COMPLETELY flat, so great for naps. Here is the deal: it's not THE smoothest ride; doesn't fold down THE smallest; doesn't have THE biggest storage basket. BUT it does all those things pretty well, and that is a very rare case especially at this price point. We walk on gravel paths and terrible sidewalks and my kid has never complained about it being too bumpy. It folds down small enough to easily fit in my tiny sedan trunk with plenty room to spare for groceries. We do grocery runs and easily fit everything in the basket our family of 3 needs for a couple of days, plus a soccer ball and snacks. It's easy to push and steer even with one hand and fully loaded (or by my toddler). One suggestion for improvement: the peek-a-boo flap is just hanging loosely, so if it's windy it constantly moves open and closed by itself which can be annoying. I added some sticky velcro dots, problem solved. If you want a flashy show-off stroller that's the best at everything, this is not for you. If you need something virtually indestructible (2.5k miles, on all kinds of terrain, not even a squeaky wheel) that will get you where you need to go for years to come without fail, just get the Modes 3 Lite. We are now expecting no. 2 and I wish this existed as a double version.

Convenient

I really like the convenience of this stroller. It is very easy to pack up in the car. I do often have trouble lining up the car seat in the stroller, I wish that the guides on the side were either more obvious or easier to feel. Although I like how lightweight the stroller is, I feel like it could be sturdier. It seems very tippy when going over bumps.

It’s okay

My baby is now 7 months i like how convenient it is to put baby in with the car seat and to close the stroller is supper easy. The problem comes with the infant seat one of the straps adjusting clip thing broke and now idk what happened but the seat won’t go up it can only stay laying down i don’t know how to fix it. Closing the stroller with the attachment is harder and you need to make sure you don’t scratch the handle for that.

Okay....for young infants

I’ve been using this stroller for 10 months now. I had no problems with it when using it mostly with the infant car seat but now that my baby is growing and I’m using the toddler seat, I’m starting to like it less and less. The sun shade has to stay all the way up or all the way down which is annoying because then I can't see my baby or sometimes I only need half of the shade. Second, the calf support DOES NOT stay in place no matter what. It’ll stay up for a couple of seconds but once baby puts a little weight on it or I hit a bump in the sidewalk, it’ll flip down. Third, in order to fold stroller I have to separate the stroller seat from the frame and then put it in the trunk with the toddler seat. I can leave the toddler seat on, but both options take up SO MUCH space and there's no room left in my trunk. Neither option is optimal. The stroller with the toddler seat is heavy and bulky and I'm a smaller person. The height is not adjustable. There are some pros such as the trays for parent and baby, the one hand fold, and the fact that baby can face in or out, but that's about it. Now I understand why parents spend so much money on their strollers.

Okay but..

We have loved this stroller up until our baby has grown out of the car seat. I rather him be facing me while he is in the stroller. He fits in the toddler portion just great but I can't seem to find how to fold up the stroller when the toddler part is facing me. Does this mean I have to take the toddler portion off every single time to put it in my car? Kinda inconvenient.

Does not come apart to wash.

I love the ease of the stroller. Have had it for two years. However you cannot take it apart to wash the pad of the stroller. Spot cleaning only works for so long.
